Competitive Pay: $90 per Hour

We're hiring 2 BCBAs to serve clients across Broward County.

Primary service areas include Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Weston, Southwest Ranches, Cooper City, Davie, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, and Dania Beach, among other locations in southern Broward County.

>> Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise RBTs and oversee implementation
Provide direct therapy when needed
Offer parent training and family support
Collaborate with schools and professionals

>> Client Profile:

Children with neurodevelopmental disorders such as Autism and ADHD.
Services are delivered in-home, at school, or in the community.

>> Qualifications

Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA)
Proficient in applied behavior analysis and patient assessment
Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities
Skilled in behavioral therapy and diagnostic evaluation
Ability to collect and analyze data effectively
Knowledge of special education practices and working with individuals with autism
