- Develop treatment plans with measurable goals and interventions.
- Keep accurate and timely records of patient progress.
- Monitor treatment objectives and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders.
- Build strong connections with clients, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Valid LPCC license in California.
- At least 2 years of clinical experience.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
