LMHC School-based Counseling - NYC Public & Private Schools (All Boroughs)

Position Overview:

EverSource Staffing is recruiting Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) on behalf of a partner organization to provide in-person counseling services to students across Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, and Staten Island. These flexible school-based roles are ideal for both seasoned clinicians and newly licensed LMHCs. A new custom-built app is provided to streamline documentation — saving 5+ hours of paperwork each week.

Compensation:

$70-$75 per hour (1099 Contractor Role)

Requirements:

  • NYS LMHC license (required)
  • No other credentials or no limited permits accepted
  • School-based or youth counseling experience preferred
  • Must be available for in-person work in NYC schools
