Summary

We are seeking a Mental Health Counselor to join our team at Bethesda Services LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the mental health needs of our clients, assisting with their treatment plans, and promoting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans for clients.
• Monitor and document patients' progress and behavior during sessions.
• Provide support during group therapy sessions and individual counseling.
• Engage with clients to promote coping strategies and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for all clients.

Requirements

• Experience in patient care or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of clinical counseling techniques and cognitive behavioral therapy is essential.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Familiarity with medical terminology related to mental health is a plus.
