Description:
Professional psychology office looking for a bilingual (English-Spanish speaking) front office/receptionist to join our team in Irvine. The administrative assistant provides support to our office, staff, and clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Greet patients and assist with check ins
· Answer phone calls and respond to emails
· Manage insurance verification and scheduling for office
· New patient on-boarding: process intake paperwork for clients and coordinate appointments
· Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
· Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings
· Being a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders
· Collate and organize mail, faxing and managing records requests
· Scan documentation and create and organize files (physical and electronic)
· Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence
· Write and edit documents from letters to reports and instructional documents
· Assist in monitoring services for clients and due dates of reports, etc
· Assist in managing patient clinical progress, accounts, and communication
- Other office administrative duties
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
