Who We Are

Learning and Behavioral Center has been a ABA and social skills provider for over 17 years. We offer ABA treatment options for children and teens across age groups with various developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. Our services are provided in various settings such as at our center, in-home, in-school, and in the community. Services included traditional ABA therapy, social skills groups, educational therapy, camps, and parent consultations. The center is clinician-owned and operated, ensuring a high standard of care and expertise.


Your Role

This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in Tarzana and Los Angeles, CA. The BCBA will be responsible for conducting behavior assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians. Additionally, the BCBA will provide parent education and support to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of treatment plans. The role includes collaboration with other professionals and documenting progress to meet the needs of each individual.

Your Qualifications

  • Master's Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Experience in designing programs for a variety of ages and behavioral needs
  • Experience conducting various assessment tools
  • Skilled in parent education and collaboration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ensure minimum weekly billable requirement
