Client Intake Care Coordinator

It's a client care coordinator/ client intake role at Comfort Keepers. We are an in-home care agency serving seniors and adults by providing home health aides.

Role and responsibilities include

  • Client in take ( follow up on leads, talk to clients, families & coordinate home visits for nurse and director)
  • Track metrics and oversight of scheduling and hiring functions for caregivers/CHHAss
  • Handle client escalations and maintain quality and compliance
  • Assist in invoicing and any payment reconciliation and follow ups
  • Participate in weekly on-call rotation to handle emergency after hours
  • May include other tasks in support of our in home care mission
