Our client—a trusted, family-owned business with deep roots in the community—is growing, and we’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service/Delivery Dispatcher to help us deliver top-tier service to our customers. If you're ready to step into a vital role where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Be the friendly face —greet walk-in customers and process transactions with a smile.
Answer incoming calls and provide top-notch support to customers with care and confidence.
Coordinate and schedule service and delivery appointments.
Assist with basic troubleshooting and service-related questions.
Support the deliver drivers and technicians by entering daily job info and keeping things organized.
Manage data entry tasks to help track our productivity and success.
Keep customers in the loop by calling ahead for scheduled deliveries and services.
1+ year of customer service experience (bonus points if you’ve worked in service dispatching!)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
A sharp eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication skills, both inside and outside the team
Great at multitasking and time management
Positive attitude, friendly personality, and passion for personal growth
