Location: Wheeling, ILAs a K-12 school-based School Psychologist in Wheeling, IL
Your Days Will Include
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations to assess cognitive, academic, social, emotional, and behavioral functioning.
- Participate in the development and implementation of IEPs, 504 Plans, and behavior intervention plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling services to students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and administrators to create supportive strategies for student success.
- Consult on Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and Response to Intervention (RTI) processes.
- Assist in crisis response and behavioral interventions as needed.
- Maintain detailed documentation and comply with federal (IDEA), state, and district regulations.
- Hours: Full-time (Monday - Friday)
- Caseload: Elementary, Middle, and High School options
- Masters or Doctorate Degree in School Psychology (required)
- An active or pending state licensure, or the ability to obtain (required)
- Experience in a pediatric or school setting (preferred)
- The ability to work in the U.S. Without a sponsor
