Candidates must have a full LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC license in California.
Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of post-graduate experience to qualify for independent licensure.

Description:
Must be licensed in California.

Graduation date from a master’s program must be at least 2 years prior to ensure eligibility for an independent license.

Candidates must hold a Master’s degree, not a Bachelor’s degree.

Candidates must identify their license as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, and not as LSW, AMFT, or LPC.

Candidates must possess a full license, not an associate license.

The unit comprises of 8 staff members who are responsible for facilitating therapy.

The team runs 5 groups daily, accommodating 10 patients per group.

Typical responsibilities include facilitating psychotherapy and skills groups, documenting sessions, performing psychosocial assessments, updating treatment plans, participating in treatment team meetings, and conducting discharge planning.

Knowledge of CBT and DBT skills is preferred.

A business casual dress code is expected, with no jeans allowed.
