We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to join us for the 20252026 school year. In this role, you'll be a key player in shaping student success by identifying needs, supporting mental health, and connecting learners with the services they need to flourish.
What You'll Do:
- Deliver on-site psychological services to students across the district.
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to help students qualify for special education and support services.
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school teams to develop effective, individualized strategies.
- Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and consultation to support student well-being.
- Be a trusted advocate for students' mental health and academic growth.
What You'll Need:
- Minnesota State licensure/certification as a School Psychologist (required).
- Master's degree in Psychology or related field (preferred).
- Experience with pediatric and adolescent populations (a plus!).
- CPR certification, TB screening, and health clearance (as applicable).
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

The School Psychologist works to support students through a variety of mental health and developmental issues and aids in qualifying students for additional support services. The School Psychologist is responsible for providing on-site psychological services to students under the jurisdiction of the state and district.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must maintain current State licensures and/or certifications in state of assignment
- Experience in pediatric and adolescent population is preferred
- Master's degree in psychology preferred
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
