Part-Time BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Hours: 10 hours per week
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide clinical supervision, team leadership, and support within our growing organization. This is a part-time position (10 hours/week), ideal for a BCBA looking for flexible hours and meaningful collaboration with both new professionals and seasoned staff.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide BCBA supervision to two employees currently enrolled in ABA coursework.

Supervise up to 4 Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as needed.
Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification in good standing.

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred but not necessary

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
