A fantastic school district located in Plano, TX is seeking a full-time Bilingual Behavior Technician to join the team. In this role, you will provide essential support and services to students, helping to foster academic achievement and personal growth. You will collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure each student receives the appropriate care and instruction.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct behavioral support and intervention services to students based on individual needs and IEP goals

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student development

• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans and educational strategies as needed

• Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation of behavioral data

• Participate in meetings and provide insight into student performance and needs

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required

• Experience working in school settings or with children with developmental disabilities or behavioral needs preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both languages

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and behavioral intervention techniques
