We are seeking a BCaBA to join our Georgia team! Come provide your expertise in our expanding clinic located in Hinesville Georgia. As we continue to grow, additional leadership and director roles will become available first to current employees! In this role, you will conduct assessments, provide individual therapy, create individualized treatment plans and supervise RBT's. - Supervising and registered behavior technicians and designing specialized behavioral intervention services
- Regular visits with caregivers to review program effectiveness and observations, along with providing education to caregivers
- Overseeing program data analysis, treatment plan development, and updating individualized programs to ensure each child's development is accurately reflected
- Implement individualized treatment programs for children
- Communicaiton with the administration team
- Manage inappropriate behaviors with the use of ABA principles
- Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families
- Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need
- Other duties assigned as needed
- Work with and maintain supervision with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)- Adhere to all facility and BACB standards and ethicsQualifications
- Active BACB Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst
- Reliable Transportation
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Must pass criminal background check
