An opportunity is available for a dedicated Social Worker to support K-12 students during a leave contract in a Northbrook, IL school setting. This role focuses on fostering student well-being by addressing emotional, social, and behavioral challenges to help students succeed academically and personally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students social, emotional, and mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans and interventions
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate resources and services
  • Provide counseling and crisis intervention as needed
  • Facilitate group sessions on topics such as social skills, coping strategies, and conflict resolution
  • Maintain thorough and confidential case documentation

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
