Your Role:

As a Service Loaner Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing loaner vehicles while their Volvo is in service. Your role is essential in delivering a smooth, professional, and premium customer experience that reflects the Volvo brand’s commitment to care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the loaner car fleet, ensuring availability, cleanliness, and proper maintenance
• Schedule and coordinate loaner vehicles for service customers
• Clearly communicate loaner policies and procedures to customers
• Inspect returned vehicles for cleanliness and damage
• Collaborate with service advisors to streamline vehicle exchanges
• Maintain accurate records of loaner vehicle usage and agreements
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in customer service or the automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail when managing inventory and processing agreements
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a passion for customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Experience with dealership software (CDK/ADP) is a plus
