School Psychologist to work in a Early Childhood/ Pre K setting in the Elmhurst, IL area. This is a FMLA contract, full time for the fall semester until winter break.

Duties:

Psychologists handle all of the screening and case studies for students transitioning from early intervention using Play-Based Assessment. The psychologist leads weekly child find team meetings where new student screening information is reviewed. The psychologist also participates in MTSS and addresses any new open domains that arise from students who are referred through screening into classrooms. There will probably be 10-15 full case studies and screening of around 40-50 students for the duration of the leave.

Conduct observations, conduct FBA's as needed, consultation to staff and families as needed, counseling services as needed and work with the districts SEL and Mental Health/Wellness division and attend meetings as needed.

Supports other students as needed.

Requirements include:

Masters in School Psychology

School Psychologist, PEL license from ISBE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
