BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst Position Details

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5 PM (consistent and predictable)

Location: 140 E. Loop Rd., Wheaton, IL 60189

Your Role as a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst

• Lead daily case management tasks, including Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) supervision.
• Provide direct and indirect ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) intervention.
• Conduct data analysis, evaluations, treatment planning, and essential documentation.
• Collaborate with families and cross-disciplinary therapists via emails, phone calls, and in-person meetings.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and families through parent training, education, and customized home programs.

What We're Looking For

• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master's Degree is required
• 8-hour Supervision Completed
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism is a bonus
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
