Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral therapy and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly those on the autism spectrum. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve the quality of life for our clients.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations and behavioral assessments to identify client needs.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles.
- Implement behavior intervention strategies and monitor client progress through data collection.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to care.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers in implementing behavior strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records and progress notes, in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in behavioral health.
Requirements
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
- Experience working with children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is essential.
- Strong understanding of applied behavior analysis techniques and principles.
- Proficient in data collection methods and patient assessment practices.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, documentation, and record-keeping standards.
- Knowledge of special education processes and behavioral health systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
