PSYCHOLOGIST DBT SPECIALIST, MIT Health, to support the growing need for Dialectical Behavior Therapy services within the student population and report to the Associate Chief of Student Mental Health & Counseling Services; will provide both individual and group DBT-informed treatment, with an emphasis on serving college-aged students; will deliver community outreach and adapt DBT interventions to the needs of a diverse student community. Responsible for participating in training with the opportunity to lead training eventually.

Job Requirements
REQUIRED: PhD or PsyD with advanced licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Psychology; three years’ relevant clinical experience, including at least 3 years of direct clinical work or completion of a fellowship in college mental health; strong understanding of university counseling center operations and the developmental needs of college-aged students; demonstrated clinical expertise in at least one of the following areas: trauma, multicultural counseling, acculturation, LGBTQ+ mental health, or eating disorders. Salary range: $90,000 - $100,000, final salary determined by MIT’s compensation team based on the skills and experience of the person hired.
