The main purpose of this position is to conduct substance use screenings and assessments and to provide counseling and case management to clients with substance use disorders in outpatient clinics and jail-based treatment settings. This position may provide both individual and group counseling interventions and must be able to evaluate, consult, and refer clients to collateral agencies as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Education: **Determined by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists under the requirements for Certified Associate Counselors-Alcohol and Drug.
• Experience: **Determined by the Maryland State Board of Professional Counselors and Therapists under the certification requirements for Certified Associate Counselors-Alcohol and Drug.

Pay: $57,275.00 - $67,651.00 per year
