Salary Range: $115,000 – $120,000 annuallyJob Summary:
We’re looking for California-licensed therapists to join a remote mental health team. This role involves providing virtual counseling services, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to support client outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct therapy sessions virtually for individuals and families
- Perform client assessments and establish treatment goals
- Accurately document all clinical activities
- Communicate and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
- Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and compliance regulations
- Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field
- California LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW license (required)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience post-licensure
- Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
