What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes under BCBA supervision
- Implement treatment plans designed by your supervising BCBA
- Teach functional skills based on individual goals
- Track progress through our simple data collection system
- Collaborate with families to ensure consistency and success
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Experience with children preferred (especially with autism or special needs)
- Part-time after school hours
- Monday–Friday availability preferred
- Occasional weekend hours available as needed
