BehaveAbility, LLC (powered by Finni Health) is hiring multiple Behavior Technicians in St. Louis County!
Locations in Missouri: Chesterfield, Ladue, Wildwood, St Charles, Maryland Heights
Setting: In-home or in-school
Schedule: Hours vary - sessions scheduled between 8:00 am - 7:00 pm depending on learner needs
Pay: $18-$23/hour
We have part-time positions available with afternoon and evening hours, plus one full-time opening to support a school-based client.
As a Behavior Technician (BT) you will work with our Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement life-changing ABA care. You’ll work one-on-one with our patients' families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones.

- Provide in-person behavior intervention services in various settings (in-home, school-based, community)
- Collect and record data on child behaviors
- Be available weekly for supervision by the Behavior Analyst
- Attend team meetings

- Currently enrolled in a practicum or fieldwork program related to Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education, or a similar field (required)
- Obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 60 days of hire
- Experience working with children, and a passion for working with children with special needs
- Reliable Transportation
- Must have an active CPR Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to assume and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, crawling, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time
- Sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
