Position Details:

• Schedule: Flexible – build your ideal schedule (full-time or part-time)
• Location: Hybrid (in-home/community + remote support/meetings)
• Compensation: $65–$95 per hour (commensurate with experience)
• Caseload: Small and manageable (6–10 clients)
• Employment Type: Hourly

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement and monitor evidence-based ABA strategies
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to drive decision-making
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary professionals
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards
