The Counseling Center offers Licensed Clinicians (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) an opportunity to gain insight and experience in private practice with the flexibility of managing your own schedule. TCC will provide the office space or tele-health platform, the patients, credentialing with insurance companies, and a receptionist for answering calls and billing. This is a great opportunity for a licensed person interested in a side job or part-time job, and to begin to experience private practice. The position includes weekly opportunities for supervision and mentorship with the practice owner, allowing for ongoing support and the chance to ask questions about working in private practice. Opportunities for advancement and full-time positions are available, including the potential to move into a supervisory role after one year.

This is a part-time, 1099 position that can be in-person in Riverside or Rancho Cucamonga or telehealth.

Education & Licensure

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Current, unrestricted California license (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)

Clinical Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and intake evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans grounded in a self‑selected theoretical orientation
• Provide evidence‑based individual, couples, and family therapy

Documentation & Compliance

• Complete and submit all clinical notes (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes) by the end of each week
• Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential records in accordance with HIPAA and state regulations

Professional Standards

• Arrive punctually for all scheduled sessions and meetings
• Notify the practice at least 24 hours in advance of any unavoidable cancellations
• Participate in weekly case supervision and consultation as needed

Pay: $80.00 - $90.00 per hour
