Summary

We are seeking a Sprinkler Coordinator to join our team in North Texas. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our Fire Sprinkler division, contributing significantly to our mission of providing top-notch life safety solutions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing customer relationships and coordinating installation and service activities.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate service requests and ensure timely responses to customer needs.

· Manage relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and retention.

· Oversee program development and implementation for service operations.

· Assist in resource allocation for service projects.

· Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.

· Maintain accurate records of service activities, client interactions and Installation Completions.

Qualifications

· Proven experience within a service-oriented environment.

· Strong relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

· Experience in program management or development is preferred.

· Administrative experience with proficiency in office software tools.

· Familiarity with budgeting processes is an asset.

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
