Current openings are available in:

• Boca Raton: this opening consists of two clients, one in Boca Raton Hills area and one in West Boca. We are a growing company so there is a possibility that more clients become available.
• South Broward and North Miami-Dade: this is a separate position with clients in Miramar, Aventura, and North Miami.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver parent training sessions and support caregiver involvement
• Provide guidance and supervision to RBTs
• Track client progress using data and adjust programming as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Stay informed on research-based practices and advancements in ABA

Requirements:

• Active BCBA certification
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Solid understanding of ABA principles and procedures
• Strong communication and time-management skills
• Experience working with individuals with ASD or behavioral needs preferred
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluency in English required; Spanish or other languages a plus

Compensation & Schedule:

• Hourly rate: $65.00 – $85.00
• Flexible scheduling available
• Job types: Part-time
• Expected weekly hours: 12
• In-person services required
