Your Role
- Responsible for administrative functions such as answering Service-related phone calls, adding data to Foundation, and assisting with daily tasks
- Work with Property Managers and other contractors to provide relevant information in a timely and accurate manner
- Schedule roof related work orders for the Service Department utilizing a dedicated in-house platform
- Communicate both internally with crews and externally with clients via phone and email
Key Requirements
- Proficient skills in Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel
- Knowledge of the Commercial Roofing industry
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
