**Job Title: Clinical Director BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)**

**Job Description:**

As the Clinical Director BCBA, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing the clinical operations of our organization. You will provide clinical guidance, supervision, and support to our team of behavior analysts and therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, individualized services to our clients. Additionally, you will be responsible for program development, staff training, and collaboration with external stakeholders to promote best practices in behavior analysis.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **Clinical Supervision and Leadership:**

- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to behavior analysts (BC-ABAs) and registered behavior technicians (BHT/RBTs) to ensure adherence to best practices and ethical standards.

- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to clinical staff to support their professional development and growth.

- Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment that promotes effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

2. **Program Development and Implementation:**

- Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) for clients based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBAs).

- Design and implement evidence-based behavior intervention programs utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address skill acquisition and behavior reduction goals.

- Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify intervention strategies as needed to maximize outcomes.

3. **Staff Training and Development:**

- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on topics such as ABA principles, behavior intervention techniques, data collection methods, and ethical considerations.

- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure staff competency and adherence to clinical protocols and procedures.

- Facilitate professional development opportunities, workshops, and seminars to enhance staff knowledge and skills in behavior analysis.

4. **Quality Assurance and Compliance:**

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, licensure standards, and accreditation guidelines related to behavior analysis services.

- Conduct regular audits and reviews of clinical documentation, treatment plans, and progress reports to maintain quality and accuracy.

- Implement quality improvement initiatives and identify areas for process enhancement to optimize service delivery and client outcomes.

5. **Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:**

- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in the care of clients to develop comprehensive treatment plans and promote consistency across environments.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, funding agencies, and regulatory bodies to advocate for the needs of individuals with ASD and developmental disabilities.

- Stay abreast of current research and best practices in behavior analysis and participate in professional organizations and conferences to contribute to the advancement of the field.

**Qualifications:**

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
  • Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) is required.
  • Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in behavior analysis, with demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing ABA-based interventions.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach clinical staff.
  • Understanding of state policies, procedures, supervision, documentation, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines governing behavior analysis services.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
