We are seeking a passionate and skilled Therapist to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate holds an active ACSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT credential and has experience working in addiction treatment, behavioral health, or related fields. The therapist will provide individual and group therapy, clinical assessments, and case coordination during the detox and early stabilization phases of care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions
• Develop and maintain therapeutic rapport with clients
• Collaborate with medical staff, case managers, and external providers
• Document clinical services in accordance with licensing and accreditation standards
• Participate in team meetings and case consultations
• Support clients in developing coping strategies and relapse prevention plans

Qualifications

• Active registration or licensure as an ACSW, LCSW, AMFT, or LMFT in California
• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in substance use treatment or co-occurring disorders preferred
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required
