Private Practice Therapist – LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, ALMFT

Position Requirements:

• Master's or Doctoral Degree
• Active, unrestricted State of Illinois license as a LMFT, ALMFT, LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD, in good standing. Must have at least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience.
• Experience working with couples
• Interest in working with adult individuals and couples
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Part-time caseload is considered 12+ sessions per week.
• Full-time caseload is considered 25 sessions per week.
• Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work
• Ability to provide 2-4 professional references
• Completed CAQH profile and approved as an in-network provider on Fleming Family Therapy, LLC-affiliated insurance panels (in order to commence employment)

Position Preferences:

• Prior private practice experience
• Specialized training or certifications, such as DBT, CBT, or PMH-C.
• Other specialized training or certifications
• Presently paneled with one or more insurance panels
