About Job

We are seeking dedicated Retention Coordinators to join our home care team. The ideal candidates will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for supporting caregivers, and experience in staff engagement and retention strategies. Key qualifications include: Experience in home care or healthcare Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with caregivers and clients Organizational skills to manage schedules, follow-ups, and documentation. Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to reducing turnover our goal is to find individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and focused on fostering a supportive and positive work environment that improves caregiver satisfaction and retention.


  • High school diploma or equivalency required. Additional education or certifications in a related field preferred.
  • Three years of general experience is required, preferably in health care or a related industry.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in common office software applications.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and privacy standards.
  • Punctuality, reliability, and a team-oriented mindset.
