- Be fully licensed as an LPC by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors/Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.
- The LPC will conduct counseling, psychological testing, scoring, interpretation of data, and writing reports/notes to inform a patient's care plan.
Job duties:
- Administering, scoring, and interpreting neuropsychological/psychological tests.
- Provide counseling services to ages 16-105.
- Write testing report and follow required documentation procedure per facility rule/regulation.
- Provide timely documentation.
- Provide feedback on testing results to the patient, family (when available), and staff as needed.
- Other duties may include consulting with a multidisciplinary team/staff members.
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Masters degree in Psychology or counseling.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- License based on qualifications as a certified authorized provider in Texas .
- Adhere all licensing board rules, Texas Administrative Code, and Best Practice Guidelines.
- Must have at least six months to a year of employment.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
