Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for working with individuals with autism and other behavioral health challenges. This role involves developing and implementing effective treatment plans, conducting assessments, and collaborating with families and other professionals to promote positive behavioral outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct evaluations to assess the needs of clients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on data collection and analysis.
  • Implement behavioral techniques tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records.
  • Provide training and support to staff on behavioral interventions.
  • Conduct parent trainings.

Qualifications

  • Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required.
  • Experience working with children, particularly those with autism or related developmental disorders.
  • Proficiency in data collection methods and analysis related to behavioral therapy.
  • Strong understanding of medical documentation practices and the ability to maintain accurate medical records.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with families and professionals.
  • Ability to perform diagnostic evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs.
  • A compassionate approach to working with clients in a behavioral health setting.
