We are looking for licensed therapists to join our growing private practice. Set your own schedule and work anywhere from 15 to 40+ hours per week. This position is a combination of virtual appointments from home and in-office appointments from our brand new office in North Lebanon, PA. Therapists earn a generous portion of session fees with a steady stream of referrals. We offer a supportive, relaxed culture where the wellness and happiness of our therapists is a priority.

As this is a position that will rely heavily on clients using insurance, all applicants must be fully licensed in order to be considered at this time, and we are currently not able to accept applications from unlicensed counselors or interns.

Preference will be given to therapists willing to carry a full-time caseload (25+ sessions per week) and those willing to work some evenings, Fridays, and/or Saturdays.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients ranging in age from 14 to 99+
- Assess clients' mental health needs and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records directly into our software
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of counseling

Skills:

- Valid license as a mental health therapist in PA (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Experience and willingness to work with children, teens, couples and families is preferred
- Knowledge of art therapy, trauma therapy, or other specialized therapeutic techniques is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Empathy and compassion for clients dealing with mental health challenges
