About Job

Abcor Home Health, Inc., is growing and we are hiring a Service Excellence Assurance (SEA) Coordinator to join our team in our Arlington Heights, IL office.

We prefer someone with previous homecare experience who understands the environment. Familiarity of senior homecare is a huge plus!

The SEA Coordinator is responsible for daily monitoring of visit activity using our Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and HHAeXchange dashboard systems. This role works closely with local branches to ensure accuracy in scheduling, timely documentation, and compliance with billing and payroll standards.

  • Pay range of $43888 per year - $45000 per year

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily schedules and visit activity through system dashboards

Assist Supervisors with schedule corrections, documentation, and visit rescheduling

Track and follow up on unconfirmed or canceled visits

Ensure EVV Exception Forms and Task Verification Forms are submitted and documented properly

Liaise between caregivers, participants, and supervisors to resolve scheduling and compliance concerns

Support training and development on system functionality and compliance procedures

Assist with Plan of Care monitoring and data validation projects

Ensure adherence to IDOA EVV policies and in-home care standards


Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual Spanish Required
  • Completion of IDOA CCP-HOST training within 90 days of hire
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
