Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (In-person)
Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000/year (commensurate with experience and credentials)

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Counselor to join our Women's Trauma-Focused Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This full-time, daytime role focuses on providing group and individual therapy for adult women working through trauma-related concerns, including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and co-occurring challenges.

In this role, you will facilitate group sessions, provide individual support, conduct assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward recovery and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate trauma-focused IOP group therapy sessions for adult women, utilizing evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions.

• Provide individual counseling as clinically appropriate.

• Conduct intake and level-of-care assessments (6–8 per week).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the treatment team.

• Participate in team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care.

• Complete insurance reviews and maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation.

• Support program operations and assist with additional clinical duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Completion of a clinically based internship or practicum (required).

• Previous experience providing counseling to adults, ideally women with trauma histories (preferred).

• Familiarity with evidence-based trauma interventions and co-occurring treatment approaches is a plus.
