Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Join Our Comprehensive Therapy Team!

Pay Range: Salary Rate that calculates to a range of $105,000 - $125,000

State of the art facility: Providing each clinician with ample space for individual and group therapy. Clinician have access to private therapy room, feeding therapy rooms, an observation room and a sensory-motor gym.

Responsibilities:

Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members.
Collaborate with Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Occupational Therapists (OTs) to deliver comprehensive care.
Implement and monitor ABA therapy programs in home, clinic, or school settings.
Collect and analyze data to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Provide parent training and support to ensure consistency across environments.
Complete accurate documentation for insurance reimbursements.

Qualifications:

Current BCBA certification.
Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disabilities.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Knowledge of data collection, analysis, and reporting for behavior interventions.
Ability to provide supervision to RBTs.
Compassionate, patient, and dedicated to improving client outcomes.
