About Bright Day Pediatric Therapies
Bright Day Pediatric Therapies is a vibrant, growing interdisciplinary clinic in Washington, DC providing behavioral therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy to children with autism and developmental delays. We are committed to making access to high-quality, coordinated care simpler and more supportive for families — and to building a sustainable, low-burden environment for clinicians.
Our practice embraces values of simplicity, collaboration, outcome-focused care, and empowerment for children and families. Our space is designed to be safe, inclusive, and welcoming for all.
This role will support the thoughtful integration of the TIBS approach into Bright Day's emerging ABA program, with the opportunity to help shape how clinical quality, supervision, and team culture are built from the ground up.
Position Overview
We are seeking a BCBA to join Bright Day in a pivotal role as we launch and grow our ABA program and incorporate the TIBS for Kids model into our Washington, DC practice. This foundational role is ideal for someone excited to help shape clinical operations, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with other therapy disciplines.
