Essential Skills (Qualifications):

• High school diploma required; degree in business or health administration is a plus

• Previous healthcare experience preferred

• Minimum 2 years of administrative office experience

• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

• Exceptional people management and administrative skills

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines with finesse

• Strong problem-solving capabilities

Your Composition (Daily Responsibilities):

• Provide professional and compassionate communication to patients, families, and staff

• Manage, track, and restock medical and office supplies

• Coordinate internal team workflows and ensure timely execution of care plans

• Promote a culture of teamwork, responsiveness, and excellence

• Take on additional duties as the concert requires—flexibility is part of the performance!
