This is a full-time, on-site role located in Houston, TX for a Service Coordinator. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling client care services, ensuring seamless communication between clients and Care Pros, and maintaining accurate client care records. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with clients and Care Pros, managing schedules, resolving issues promptly, and providing excellent customer service to both clients and their families.

- Experience in customer service and client relations
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate care services efficiently
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle issues proactively
- High degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficiency in computer applications and office software
- Previous experience in healthcare or home care coordination is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is desirable
