Dandelion Family Counseling is hiring a W2 employee!

Located in South Park, we are looking for an associate therapist to join our team. Requirements include being licensed in the State of North Carolina, pursuing or interested in pursuing play therapy and specializing with ADHD or Autism ages 3-14. A high preference for therapists that have an interest in working with angry kids whom also have ADHD or interest in working with Autistic kids. Compensation is percentage based on income received, with potential for additional incentives. Therapist must have a desire for a niche working with children or pre-teens with ADHD or Autism. Dandelion Family Counseling will provide referrals, support services, and supplies needed in a full time play therapy space. Candidate must be independent, driven, collaborative and enhance our fun, connected, and positive minded center.

Dandelion Family Counseling focuses on providing shorter-term self-pay intensive services, with most clients meeting their initial goals within 6-8 months. Families meet with the clinician twice a week (one appointment for the child, one for parents) with a goal of reducing frequency during those first 4 months.

Employee must be willing to work 20 clinical hours (approximately 12 client families) per week. Currently seeking after school availability (1pm-7pm) for 3 days weekly, (with Saturday availability 9am-3pm a plus!), in addition to 2-3 weekdays (7am-1pm).
