We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Counselor** to join our team at our substance use disorder treatment facility. This role is essential in supporting clients on their recovery journey through structured therapeutic programming in our Intensive Outpatient Program.

Responsibilities:

· - Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions for IOP clients.

· - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments.

· - Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility standards.

· - Coordinate with case managers, treatment team members, and external partners to support client progress.

· - Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to ongoing treatment planning.

· - Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.

· - Educate clients on coping skills, relapse prevention, and life skills.

Requirements:

· - LCDC, LPC, LMSW, or equivalent Texas licensure required.

· - Experience working in substance use disorder treatment or mental health preferred.

· - Knowledge of 12-Step programming, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care.

· - Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

· - Ability to maintain professional boundaries and a client-centered approach.
