About Job

Behavior Technician / RBT (Full-Time or Part-Time)
Location: In Home / Daycare
Pay Range: $24-$31 per hour

Are you passionate about helping children reach their full potential? Flywheel Centers is seeking dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism in home and school settings. Whether you are looking for full-time or part-time hours, we offer flexible scheduling and the support you need to thrive in this rewarding role.

About the Role
As a Behavior Technician at Flywheel Centers, you will work directly with children on the autism spectrum, following a personalized treatment plan designed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will be to implement ABA strategies that help reduce behaviors that interfere with daily living and support skill-building in areas such as communication, self-care, social interaction, and emotional regulation.

This is a meaningful, hands-on opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and their families. A collaborative and experienced clinical team will support you, receive ongoing training, and have access to professional development opportunities. We also offer the 40-hour RBT course at no cost to help you meet national certification requirements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in the home or school setting

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by a supervising BCBA

  • Collect and record data on the child's progress during each session

  • Participate in regular supervision and team meetings

  • Communicate professionally with families, caregivers, and clinical team members

  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical and professional guidelines

Why Work With Flywheel?

  • Competitive hourly compensation: $24 to $31 per hour

  • Flexible scheduling options to fit your availability

  • A highly supportive clinical environment with dedicated BCBA guidance

  • Clear paths for advancement and career growth

  • Paid training and access to the 40-hour RBT certification course

  • A mission-driven organization focused on family-centered care

What Makes a Great Fit?
We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to learn. You do not need prior ABA experience to be considered, though it is preferred. If you are patient, well-organized, love working with children, and bring a growth mindset to your work, we want to hear from you.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Access to reliable transportation

  • Ability to commute to client homes or school locations

  • Previous ABA experience is a plus, but not required
