Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health and a passion for working with children. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be essential in promoting positive behavioral changes and enhancing the quality of life for those you serve.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Monitor client progress through systematic data collection and analysis.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral strategies and interventions.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.

Skills

  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in diagnostic evaluation techniques and medical terminology.
  • Experience with medical documentation and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Expertise in data collection methods relevant to behavior analysis.
