Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting diagnostic evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and providing behavioral therapy to clients. Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess clients' behavioral needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and client goals.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using applied behavior analysis techniques.
• Monitor client progress through systematic data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Provide training and support to staff members on behavioral strategies and interventions.
• Stay current with developments in the field of behavior analysis and participate in ongoing professional development.
