Summary

We are seeking a passionate Behavior Technician to join our team at Essential Speech and ABA Therapy in Sandy Springs. In this role, you will work closely with children on the autism spectrum, implementing individualized treatment plans that promote behavioral development and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments.
• Provide direct support to children during therapy sessions, facilitating skill acquisition.
• Engage with families to provide feedback and support for at-home practice.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and records as required.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements

• Experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles is preferred.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and families.
• Ability to collect and analyze data accurately.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
