Full-Time LICSWWe are hiring Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSWs) in Washington who are passionate about helping clients overcome challenges and achieve their mental health goals.   • Provide individualized therapy and mental health support.
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs.
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals to ensure holistic care.
  • Keep clear and accurate clinical documentation.
  • Stay informed on mental health research and best practices.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW).
  • Current LICSW license in Washington.
  • Two or more years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Ability to engage and support a diverse range of clients.
