What You’ll Do:

• Provide person-centered counseling and case management that truly reflects each patient’s voice.
• Manage a caseload and develop outcome-driven treatment plans in line with best practices and agency policies.
• Deliver compassionate care in alignment with CME’s values of respect, dignity, and community.
• Document services in accordance with contract and agency standards.
• Collaborate with a passionate team and contribute to innovative, recovery-focused care.

What You Bring:

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in counseling or a behavioral science from an accredited institution.
• Designation as a Mental Health Professional (MHP) per WAC 388-865-0238.
• Licensure or associate status (e.g., LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, or equivalent).
• Minimum of two years’ experience working directly with individuals with mental illness or emotional disturbance, under MHP supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs)
  
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Ability to pass Washington State and Federal background checks.
