Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address clients' mental health needs.
• Provide therapy services utilizing various modalities, including behavioral therapy.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Work with individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate support and resources.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care for clients, including pediatric populations.
• Engage in child and family counseling to strengthen family dynamics and improve overall well-being.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in social work.

Experience

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.
• Experience in individual group counseling, therapy, and behavioral therapy is preferred.
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is highly desirable.
• Background in mental health counseling, social work, child family counseling, pediatrics, or related fields is advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
